At DWC we see safety as a condition of employment. Management provides employees with a clear path to DWC's desired safety culture within the organization. All members of our team are given the training and required safety tools resulting in a competent knowledge that garners proven safety results. The DWC team is trained to proactively identify and resolve safety issues before they occur. Steps to our continued safety success include:

• Actively engaging all employees in health and safety initiatives.

• Managers spend an adequate amount of time on the shop floor and on site, where the people are.
