  Excavated 100 meters of  16” pipeline that was still full of product. It was alive! lowering it 1 meter to ensure that it once again met the line depth required. 

Pre-built and tested risers at DWC facility. Excavated and removed old valve section. Added pile supports and new above ground riser with valves. Fabricated and installed landing and erected fence all to relocate valves above ground.

Design a centralize instrument air system in plastic's factory. DWC prebuilt the piping spools, Relocated the air equipment and installed the piping system at the 30ft ceiling height. DWC fabricated all the required supports and secured the equipment to the concrete flooring. 

Replacement of a compromised valve. Excavated and exposed line. Cut out section to replace. Fit and welded new section. Applied Denso tape. Filled area and cleaned to its natural state. 

Pigging facility containment catch basin. Client required a containment basin that also had deflecting shields to help with containment. DWC designed and built a customized containment with the lid also acting as the side deflector shields. 

Dammed existing creek to stop flow to perform work on site. Creek was reshaped and built with rock edging. This resolved the current erosion issues while also achieving a natural look.
